The Human Resource Index For Emerging Companies
What is the Human Resource Index? The Human Resource Index is a system for examining and measuring a company's ability to capitalize on its human resource investment. With 40-70% of a company's cost of doing business associated with payroll and other human resource functions, the investment, when managed wisely becomes a company's most valuable asset.
The index has been specifically designed for emerging lower middle market companies and organizations that want to out-perform competition, control costs, increase productivity, reduce legal exposure, avoid unionization, and plan for continued success by strategically and innovatively managing their human resources. The Index focuses on areas that are of prime concern to top management in these growing companies that typically employ between 25 and 300 employees.
A questionnaire has been designed to gather a great deal of objective information quickly and easily. In order for responses to reflect a true account, the Index should be filled out by the person or persons who can respond most accurately to the various sections. Our preference is for top management members to participate. Nevertheless, there are sections of the questionnaire that may be filled out by an Office Manager or Administrator. In any case, we urge the Chief Operating Officer to complete the sections outlined in our instructions, review the completed checklists, and make additional comments and notations.
The Human Resource Index focuses on ten primary functions within the Human Resource realm including, Employment, Compensation, Employee Benefits, Training and Development, Management Development and Succession Planning, Organization Climate, Health and Safety, Equal Employment Opportunity and Legal Compliance.
A brief preliminary meeting will enable us to demonstrate how the Index can take your Company to the next level. Please call John Guarniere at (732) 329-1601 for more information.
